Thailand Pharmacies Are a Drug Oasis

A little birdie told me I was able to get over the counter ketamine in a Thai pharmacy and I was sold. Drugs without a prescription? By the government for the people? It didn’t seem sketchy at all.
I ended up opting out of what could’ve been a potentially disastrous scenario. I never went to the store to grab Xanax or codeine knowing my own addictive personality, but I recall friends who have and here are some of the things available if you only ask:
Valium
Xanax
Ketamine
Cough drops (put er in one of your vodka buckets for extra effects)
Prozac
Pseudo-amphetamine
Percocet
Hydergine
Etc.
Prices vary from a couple US cents to $2 dollars per pill, but its good quality stuff. Just don’t bring it back home. You can also find birth control pills at a dollar for a month’s supply, Viagra, morning after pills, allergy meds, steroids and regular antibiotics. If you have a prescription from back home, I’d bring it in. Otherwise, get a local (or an app/the internet) to help you translate - i.e what you're looking for, what the drug is for, why you’re sick, why you need it etc. It’ll save you a lot of hassle since many people selling the drugs don’t speak English.
